This 18th-century French giltwood mirror is decorated with an ornate crest of a sheaf of wheat topped by a laurel wreath and surrounded by scrolls, flowers and acanthus leaves. Both sides feature elegant tassels and the lower part is finished with further ornaments. The mirror plate is framed by a classical frieze of beads and its attractive giltwood surface reflects light beautifully. With a small size, this highly decorative mirror is perfect for a bedroom.
