  • Our payment process is entirely secure and SSL encrypted. Payments can be made using the following payment cards, Paypal, Apple Pay, and Clearpay.

  • Items are dispatched in 3-5 working days, leaving our London studio in under 3 working days most of the time.

  • All items are professionally wrapped and protected with bubble wrap and cushioning so that they arrive safely. We use extra layers of cushioning for pottery and paintings are shipped in bespoke double-walled boxes. We aim to reuse packaging as much as we can to minimize waste and reduce our environmental impact.

  • Orders are shipped from our London studio. A tracking number will be sent out to you after your order is shipped and you’ll receive automatic shipping updates via email or SMS.

    • UK orders under £150: £5.50, with Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1-2 working days)

    • FREE shipping on UK orders over £150, with UPS or DHL (1-2 working days)

    All parcels are insured. Contact us if you require a different shipping solution or timeframe.

  • With a range of clients worldwide, we offer a safe and reliable international delivery service. Contact us at hello@rustique.uk and we will provide you a custom quote tailored to your order and shipping address. We use UPS or DHL and always try to find the fastest and most affordable service for you. Items are professionally packaged wish cushioning to ensure safe delivery and clients are provided with a package tracking number to track your order. We manage all import processes, however any additional payment that may occur for tax and duties is the responsibility of the buyer. Large items require a specialist courier.

    If you wish to purchase items already, you can checkout using the International Delivery option and we will be in touch with a delivery quote. An additional payment for the shipping fee will be then required.

  • We thrive to offer objects that are in outstanding condition, however they are antique pieces and therefore show signs of age. We endeavour to describe and/or photograph any defects they may show. Please do not hesitate to request more photos or ask us for more information.

    We want you to be perfectly happy with your purchase, however we understand that sometimes you wish to return your purchase. Simply contact us within 14 days from delivery to initiate a return. The customer bears return shipping charges and is responsible for any loss or damage that could happen to the item prior to its receipt at our premices.

    Refunds will be processsed within 5 working days of receipt. Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded but if the cancellation occurs before the order is shipped, its amount and shipping will be entirely refunded to you.
