  • We accept all major credit cards, as well as Paypal,  Apple Pay, and Klarna. Our payment process is entirely secure and SSL encrypted, and you will receive confirmation by email once your order has been placed.

  • Items are dispatched from our Paris studio within three working days. Duties and taxes are already included in the prices you see online.

    If you would like your order held for a later delivery date, simply let us know after placing your order and we will be happy to accommodate.

  • All items are carefully wrapped and protected with bubble wrap and cushioning to ensure they arrive safely. Ceramics are given additional layers of protection, while paintings are shipped in bespoke double-walled boxes. Whenever possible, we reuse materials to minimise waste and reduce environmental impact.

  • Orders are shipped from our Paris studio with DHL Express (delivery in 2 working days). All duties and taxes are included in the prices shown online. We handle customs and ship DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), so there is nothing further for you to arrange or pay.

    Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number along with automatic updates by email and SMS. All parcels are fully insured.

  • With a range of clients worldwide, we offer a safe and reliable international delivery service via DHL or UPS. Contact us at hello@rustique.uk with your delivery address and we will provide you a quote.

    We always aim to secure the most reliable and cost-effective service for you. All items are professionally packaged with cushioning to ensure safe arrival, and every order is fully trackable.

    For most destinations, we manage the import process; however, local taxes and duties (if applicable) remain the responsibility of the buyer.

    If you wish to purchase immediately, simply select International Delivery at checkout. We will then be in touch with a tailored shipping quote, with payment for delivery arranged separately.

  • We are happy to offer complimentary returns. Simply contact us within 14 days of delivery to initiate the process. Refunds are issued within five working days of receipt.

    While we strive to present pieces in outstanding condition, these are antique objects and naturally show signs of age. Any notable imperfections will be described and photographed, and we are glad to provide further details or images upon request.

    Please ensure that returns are made using the original packaging. The customer is responsible for any loss or damage prior to the item’s safe arrival at our premises. Initial shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the order is cancelled before dispatch, in which case both item and shipping will be refunded in full.
