How to find items and make payments
Although we’re based in London, we operate exclusively online. We meticulously document each item in our collection to showcase its beauty but also to clearly show any imperfections typical of antiques. Detailed condition reports accompany every piece, and we're readily available to provide additional imagery or information upon request.
We take the security of your payment online very seriously. All card payments are encrypted and processed by Stripe, the leading secure payment gateway. We accept all major credit cards, Paypal, Apple Pay, and Clearpay, and can facilitate payments via invoice or bank transfer.
Receiving your order and returns
We take the utmost care in packaging orders. While dispatch may take a few days, we ensure safe delivery to the UK and internationally with Royal Mail and UPS. We’re able to hold onto items should you require delivery at a later date.
As nothing replaces the sensation of seeing a piece in your home, we offer hassle-free returns within 14 days of delivery, with quick processing and shipping arranged by us for your convenience.
